Include the date, theme, approximate number of cookies. 

I will respond with my availability and send a deposit invoice to hold the date. The week of your event we will finalize the count and designs and you will receive another invoice for the balance.

If you know how many you need at the time of ordering an invoice for the full amount will be sent but only requiring you to pay the same deposit but gives you your total in advance. 

I do not take checks.
